Resolved Question: About living in Burbank, CA?

Girlfriend and I are planning on moving sometime next summer to an apartment in Burbank, CA. I have lived in Huntington beach back in 2009. I plan on working on my acting and film career. My girlfriend is an amazing artist and phenomenal dancer. Is Burbank a good base to work on our careers? Is it a good place to find jobs? What are the pros and cons? Is it close to nature? Thank you all for your helpful answers! I understand about the whole "I'm an actor" thing. I'm more the type of "I'm in the movie industry and I'll do anything just to be apart." I traveled through Burbank several times when I lived in the OC, and I never minded driving from the OC to LA area. But I think this time around I'd like to live in that region. Thank you Obviousman! The other thing is, in my geographic location there is no shut thing as getting acting experiences. The closest place is a University about an hour away.
