Resolved Question: I just got a ticket for disobeying a traffic sign (Veh C 21461(a))?

The issue here is that there was no sign indicating "No U-turn" in the dedicated lane that i turned in. When I asked the officer what sign he was referring to, he proceeded to point to a sign that was about 70 ft away +/- posted on the pole of a traffic light. Do I have a case for dismissal seeing as how the sign was nowhere near the dedicated lane i did the u-turn in?
